DEVELOP

For the month of April, spirit brings to our immediate attention the energy and understanding of the word DEVELOP.

One of the universal laws is:

Nothing is Stagnant, All There is IS Change”

… and Develop falls under this for if we are not developing we are resisting the natural laws of the universe. Stagnation is not in our best interest, only movement is. The whole of the universe is in movement, it is changing on a moment by moment basis and so are we, no matter how hard we resist, eventually we will be swept forward and along.

To develop can be either unconscious or conscious, but what ever state we are in we cannot not change. It is better for all if we run with the river of change that is all around us. Change is inevitable.

This energy of Develop is in fact, a prime energy behind the Theme of The Spiritual Year –

Flowing Freely, Flowing Toward.

Some questions that comes to mind immediately are:

What am I developing towards Flowing Freely in my own life?”

What do I need to develop to make my life easier, simpler or more successful?”

Where am I resisting change or what fears come up surrounding change?”

Most development means to let go of or alter previous habits and thought patterns that do not let us flow freely and develop our greatest state of love. Fears can arise as change occurs, as we believe we are losing something? This is not so, whatever we have experienced is always within our archives to call upon.

A simple analogy of this is; See yourself as a full cup of tea. You either have to drink it (use/share it) or tip it out so a fresher cup of tea can replace it. Otherwise you end up with a cold and stale cup of tea that nobody wants to drink!

Balancing inflow and outflow is essential. Without any outflow, nothing more can come in and we become like a back wash in a river, all stagnant, mosquito or rubbish filled and polluted. Clearing the blockage will allow the river to run free again.

We cannot be of service to ourselves or others if we are a living backwash. Nobody wants the past. Nobody wants the pollution or poison. So the key is to DEVELOP.

Change is the only thing that remains constant in this world and throughout the entire universe. When we are resistant to change we feel stagnant and begin experiencing unnecessary pain. Our pain is the result of searching for the unchangeable reality in this ever changeable world. ~ Emanuehl
