TRUST

I have faith and confidence in people and things.  I have faith and confidence in Spirit and the All.  They can have faith and confidence in me.  They can, because I belief in myself.  I believe in the Universe and all  its rhythms and routines.  I believe that all people and things are fulfilling their own purpose within the bigger picture.

 

There is no doubt; I feel the warmth of the sun and the cool of the wind.  I feel the challenges and fulfillments as people grow through their lives.  I am certain of all these things.  That is how I know I came here to be happy, successful and abundant … I can feel it all around me and that makes me part of me.  As long as I am loyal to the facts, I can count on me and everything else.

Here are some questions to ask yourself:

1.  In what areas of my life do I have the greatest confidence and why?
2.  How can I trust myself more?
3.  How can I inspire others around me to have greater confidence and self trust?

Spiritual Theme of the Month:  March, 2012

CLIMB

As children, we are constantly climbing!  We rise to new heights learning to climb up on the sofa or ascend to the next branch on the tree. We boldy take that next adventurous step, sometimes falling, yet always getting back up to advance again!

It is that natural inner desire to progress that impels me forward today!  I have never lost this child-like motivation.  I may cover it over with outer voices of  – can’t; don’t; watch out; no…..but the positive voices of growth and expansion carry much more energy than the ones of limitation!

So what do I want to listen to?  Expansion or limitation?  Living or dying? Climbing or falling?  Today is the first day of the rest of my life – to soar, fly, and arise again!  All I need is to have that next “branch” in my sights!

To set your energy to CLIMB this month, answer these questions:

1.  What are some of my new aspirations?
2.  How can I take action each day to advance in making my dreams come true?
3.  In what ways can I give opportunity to myself and others to ascend to greater heights of abundance and well being?

MY TRUTH OR THE TRUTH?

This is a conundrum as both are equally valid and yet can be at complete ends of the spectrum to each other. Neither right or wrong and both right and wrong in this world of duality.

Let’s take a look at “My Truth”. This truth comes from our personal experiences and training…. but eventually that truth changes over time, like when we outgrow a habit and discover a more effective means of carrying it out. A simple example of how time changes personal truth is… “When I was 5 years old I truthfully wore a size 5 shoe… now I am much older my shoe size is truthfully a 7.” This truth as is a fact of physical growth.

However, personal truth can have attached to it… VERY IMPORTANT qualifications… an emotional fact from our personal experiences… like.. “All Scorpios do me in!” Then we set up the experiences to validate those truths more so… the next time we come across a ‘Scorpio’ we already know or assume that they will do us in… this means we have become set in our truth. No changes can occur until we change our perspective on this emotional fact or truth. We don’t give the ‘Scorpio’ a chance to be their loving selves… we attract what we think or fear. We have placed ourselves in our own jail; along with the ‘Scorpio’ present.

Or “I don’t like a certain type of culture or food.” .. So when we visit that country we really have a hard time being involved in any fun there or when we eat that food we will have allergic reactions or arguments with our partner… a drama will ensue, instead of a full loving experience.

Our thoughts and emotions attract our experiences… not the other way around. When our ‘TRUTHS’ are set in cement, nothing flows, nothing changes, nothing grows.. and that’s what wars are created from, when the personalities forget that no thing has the complete truth and there is truth in all things.

These types of personal truths are really not truths but emotions that are caught up with ‘ideas’ or ‘concepts’ which continue to shape our experiences and usually not so nice experiences as we play them out. All of this can change at any time. One just needs to question oneself on the real NOW validity of these thoughts and emotions and change them to more realistic ones that suit us today. It’s like taking a stock-take on ME now and getting rid of the old stock and replacing it with new state of the art stock.

Then we have “The Truth”… There is really no real one truth as we are all living in a changing world. Yes there are the rules and laws of the universe, like the sun rises daily and gravity. These truths have no emotional charge.. they just are.

Mainly truths that are written or documented change over time as science, culture or religion either adds to the information or discovers a deeper understanding. Not too far back in history it was heresy to think or speak about the world being round! Darwin’s theories are being disproved in many ways; Fashion comes and goes; Religions change their rules and dogma; International, interracial and gay marriages are acceptable now. All of these truths have changed as our cultures become more relaxed about personal rights and lifestyles.

So truth is a changing subject, depending on time, discovery, co-operation and understanding.

My personal truth is based on how I feel, not my emotions (what I’ve been taught to feel). This is what I cultivate and it is based on love. When I question a concept, thought or situation that is ‘nagging’ me, I ask myself. “Where is the love here?” “Am I coming from a love stance?” “Who am I without my story?”

Then I take a deep breath and let it all go. I have my freedom internally back again… I return to my love… I am in my feelings again… I am in the right place at the right time for me… that is my truth.

TRUTH

Spiritual Theme of the Month: FEBRUARY, 2012

There are few absolutes. My True-Feelings are however one of them. They are part of the bigger picture, the Universal Laws. The freedom, love and prosperity in my life are directly connected to the factualness of my true feelings. Not what I think I know but what I know that I know. My honesty with myself and my sincerity with the world build each other and create this clarity. With it I know that I have no limitations. Ignoring the facts opens the door to buying into limitations; then I will find a way to limit myself. This is not why I am here. I am here to move beyond the illusions. And so I am committed to experiencing my life while being of service and understanding those experiences abundantly, truthfully learning and growing through involvement. This is the excitement and adventure of self-discovery and reality.

Accepting myself, other people and the things of the world as they are is what freedom is about. It can be so easy to fill conversations, thoughts and time with extra things and not ever get to the point. It’s like having lots of wants but not having my needs met. Pretty soon I will feel the excuses build up — the excuses I feed myself for lack of accomplishment. I can start forgetting why I am here and what I am doing. If I get used to it I will start telling lies … lies for lack of fulfillment. When I work with my true feelings and the facts I create lots of “space.” There is no need to feel uncomfortable in the peace of space. Much of our outer influence and training is to fill space and time so that we have an illusion of being comfortable. But it is not truly comfortable to stop growing and expanding. It is not truly comfortable to avoid new experiences. It is not truly comfortable to stop accepting myself, people and things. It is natural and comfortable to feel free in free space. It means there is tremendous opportunity. This is the truth that resides in inner-security.

Balance and being One-with-All is the result of growing in my experiences. Balance, so that I can effectively do what I came to do. One with All, so that I continue to dynamically move up. As I progress, ensuring that there is a feeling with a thought and a thought with a feeling becomes more and more a need. I need my feeling nature. I need my intellectual nature. I need them because I have them. “I don’t need to do more, I just need to do better.” Simply setting the goal of ‘doing Better with what I already have’ means More will take care of itself. This is the truth in balance.

Being Clean & Clear is like being on a huge highway in a powerful vehicle. I start moving to my destinations like a master soul. To be clean and clear means knowing my motives. It is having a clear feeling and clean facts, including who is getting something out of it. Without this simple formula I will live in someone else’s fiction. This is when the feelings of dishonesty and dis-ease move in. Being clean and clear does not mean I alienate myself — that is the syndrome of, “being so honest that I am dishonest with myself.” Nor does it mean I hold back in my, “sincerity with the world and honesty with myself.” It is finding what is real for me and releasing the rest. This is the truth in time.

Starting with, and returning to, what is simple is important. Getting caught up and trapped in complications and tragedies is playing a game of mental gymnastics. Being organized is important but being over-organized is a waste of time. Being organized is working with my true-feelings, the facts, putting them into action, and returning to my feelings for regrouping. It is moving from one place to another effectively and efficiently. Being over-organized amounts to living in emotions, judging, reacting and getting emotional again. It is getting caught in the means and losing sight of the purpose; analyzing, dissecting, reanalyzing and dissecting again. Everyone goes through some of that! The facts are; when I have had enough of negative energy and Lack I will do something about it. When that moment occurs I make a decision. Real ‘decision’ is the Real Me shinning through. This simple little thing allows me to be me. This is the truth in simplicity.

I am always In-Love. Love is the overall energy. I am always in love. Realizing all the opportunity that is available to me here is a powerful thing. It lets me live in the Big Picture. It’s the ability to look ahead, on the path I am on, from atop a large staircase. It allows me to see further. Being involved with my opportunity means I am right, and even when I am wrong, I am right. It also means that everyone is right; it may not be right for me but it may be for them. Getting involved in proving myself is a destructive road to start down. I do not have the time or energy to play that game. I do have all the time and energy to do what I need to do. For this reason I Choose to be in love with life; you could say, “I am having a love-affair-with-life” when I live from my big picture and remember everything is going to be all right. I don’t need to save anyone, I only need to be of service (which includes to myself!). This is the truth in love.

“I am water, I come from water and I will return to water.”

I am all about flow, flowing down the river of life. Sometimes there are rocks, the water splashes against them creating rapids before returning to the river. This is like fighting my true-feelings and the facts. Sometime the water gets diverted into little ponds and slowed down before returning to the river. This is like ignoring my true-feelings and the facts. The truth is I am energy. The truth is I am here to learn and grow. The truth is I have a unique purpose and Thrust. The truth is I have Inner Guidance. The truth is I am Free … that is me flowing in the middle of the deep and powerful river, as a way of life, in everything I say and do, and having fun. That’s the Truth.

SPIRITUAL THEME OF THE MONTH – JANUARY, 2012

ELEGANT

From my big picture I see further.  I am relaxed and at peace.  I regroup with my Spiritual Helpers clearly and factually.  I achieve while living in Two Worlds.  In this there is no waste or hesitation.  The right energy, at the right time, in the right place, accomplishing the right things.  No more no less.  My Guidance works with me, in what I come to do, in the same way.  This is natural.  I have to work hard to not be successful.  The better I master the art of Me the more I am doing what I came to do . . . the more I will be inspired, and in turn inspire “being of super service.”

Moving forward smoothly with less wear-and-tear is a natural goal.  It means steadily building and avoiding going backward.  As a soul, I did not come here to waste time.  It is essential that I not only learn from my experiences, but that I truly grow in them as well.  This is what unlocks my genius and the simplicity of my Life’s Purpose.  It is a steady flow of water that carves out greater depth within me.  I am a part of that water when I am both sincerely learning and growing.  I become shallow however by getting involved in a pushy vibration.  Too much organization and I am indulging in fairytales and wasting time.  Organization is important, but I only need to be organized enough to grasp my goals.  If I organize myself toward my goals, just a little each day, I cannot help but be more free and successful.

“Style and grace” is not only for art and the arts . . . out there, somewhere; it is an expression of what is inside.  When I am attracted to or experience something sophisticated, strong or lovely, it is because I am feeling what I have inside.  It stimulates what I already have but perhaps have not unfolded yet.  It is being of service to myself and others, refining each time.  If I use my time and spend my energy based on outer loyalties, I am creating pressure.  I will not have the time or energy to do what I come to do.  I will begin placing my loyalty “out there.”  I will not have the time or energy to do what I needto do.  Getting caught up in other people’s thoughts and fears just drains energy.  As a Wayshower, it is essential that I Get-to-the-Point in my ventures this life.  Whether  in conversation, going to the store, immersed in being of service or simply quietly regrouping, involvement in my spiritual needs is #1.

Once I am secure with my spiritual needs I will automatically begin expanding.  Once I am secure in expanding, I will refine.  Once I am secure in my refinements, I will move to a new plateau.  Materially it is Service first, then Adding, Multiplying, Dividing and as little Subtraction as possible (S ® +® × ® ÷ (-)).  This is the basis to positively wielding my own energy.  It allows me to build Step By Step and quickly.  When I do not take things step by step I open the door to pressure.  I will become unconsciously rough with things and with people too.  I may feel a lack of satisfaction or fulfillment, and start “using” things to feel whole.  That is when I will feel the “Injustice” come in – it is because I am being unjust with myself.  That is the time to regroup, to get back onto my pivot, and to return to action.  No guilt, no worry, no fear.  Just crystal clear positive motives in motion.

There are many things that can be said NOT to be elegant.  It is not what I do but how I do it; it is not what I say but how I say it.  I am conscious of my decisions and I make them without fear.  I stay at peace even when things feel combative.  I do what I need and want to do in such a way that I am of super service.   I live my life wholly and completely, giving people freedom to do the same. I am intrepid in my commitment to my purpose and opportunity.  I factually choose the very best How’s to achieve my goals.  I move with precise action, follow-through and growth.  All of these things simply allow me to evolve and succeed, that is being Elegant.

IMPEL – December, 2011

IMPEL

December, 2011 brings us the energy of IMPEL.

So what drives us? Is it outer glory or satisfaction, perhaps status, money, the children, the home, greed or jealousy, the latest car or electronic device? There are many reasons on the outer to move us into taking action towards acquiring a goal or creating a state of temporary bliss. What suited us 10years ago, simply does not now!

All things on Planet Earth are transitory; everything changes. In fact, you don’t actually own anything except yourself, your state of consciousness, the rest is just borrowed. Some people don’t even own their bodies… renting it out to others both physically and spiritually.

Specifically in this time of the shift or transition of Planet Earth, it is the inner desire that is to be focussed on…. what drives me from the inside? Do I actually know? Most people are motivated by the root fear of death or separation…. think about it! Holding onto and acquiring is part of the illusion that dissipates this fear, in fact it covers it up.

If we are motivated or impelled by feeling good, happy, love, sharing, fairness, compassion, caring, delight, dedication, inspiration, clarity and many other qualities from the inside to the outside world, then we are on a winner… we are giving from our core.  Impulsion from the inner falls into place.  Impulsion from the outer separates us from others, dis-empowers or creates enslavements which is all stress… eventually.

I came to Planet Earth with a plan, so do I re-member that plan. Am I struggling along with my life: surviving… waiting… on rote… numb… so busy… striving…

Is there a solution? Of course there is! There are many solutions that can help you remember yourself and what your original plan was and how far you have come along that course.

But first you have to decide to become very sincere with yourself.

• Meditation is a primary tool to focus on you… guided meditation even better.
• Consciously working with your own team of Master Souls is more than likely the best solution, as once you have this open channel to Source, all you need do is check with your team, if it is in your best interest or part of your plan. They agreed to work with you this lifetime to accomplish everything you set out to do…. and more if you’ve already accomplished it. (I can do this service over Skype… see the Profiles page)
• Hypnotherapy is a great tool…. could take awhile to tap your centre, but you will get there.
• Learning how to Astro-travel is also a brilliant tool as you learn to tap universal wisdom and your own time line through eternity.
• Tuning into how you really Feel about a situation… not the intellect, but the feeling part of you. We are over trained in our intellect and there are many excuses just ready to pop in to stop any return to your feeling part.
• Being involved in a self-discovery group where you learn to do for yourself. (Americana Leadership College has all the tools and is worldwide.)

There are many people out there that are willing to be of service to you, including readers and astrologers etc. But what you need to do is really learn it for yourself, that way no one can lead you up the wobbly path which may set you back lifetimes.

Impel yourself to know yourself… this is the highest goal any soul can achieve in any life or lifetimes of discovery… the rest is just playing roles and enjoying the fruits of your labour.

I take this time now to wish you good health, love and light in this festive season and blessings for the coming year.

Spiritual Theme of the Month for December, 2011.

IMPEL

Freeing myself is true liberation.  No one can do this for me.   Anytime I feel captive, restricted or dependent, I need to return to the basics:  I am a soul with a physical body, not a physical body with a soul;  I am intelligent light; I am energy.  I came here to learn and grow. I learn and grow through involvement and experience.

I have a unique purpose and Thrust. It is unique because I am the sum total of all my thoughts and feelings throughout eternity.  I have a master team of Spiritual Helpers here to guide me in my spiritual growth.  They are here to work with me, not to work for me. I am free.  I am free to experience great challenges, blocks and stepping-stones that seem overwhelming, just as I am free to succeed. That is freedom.  Once this truly becomes a part of my understanding, I will become more conscious of the real me.  I will live the Soul Consciousness.  I will live life.

What I have inside is Perfect. There is no place for doubt. I do not need to get wrapped up or caught up in perfection.  This will only dilute my inner motivation and incentive. Just as the Universe and Nature are perfect, so am I.  “Perfection” is in the bliss, the challenges, and the ups and downs of my life.  It is in the process and flow of life; the journey.  I do not need to concern myself with perfection. I am already perfect.

My opportunity is simply to do the best I know how and learn and grow from it. That is why my desires-my true desires-are so important. My inner desires and needs are my intelligent design.  The moment I feel them, I am in the process of creating them. Inside me exists the power and potential of lifetimes, and the energy and wisdom of the Universe.  I even have a whole team of Spiritual Helpers I can check and recheck with.  All I need to do is focus on what I need and want and get involved.

There is an inner desire that I have … an inner drive. It truly comes from inside and not outside.  This inner desire is in harmony and in tune with the Universe.  It helps me with my niche.  It is associated with the power of Will.  It is not an outer push but rather a natural flow, like water traveling downhill.  If I get caught up or controlled by outer things my inner desire can seem like a whisper or gentle breeze that is easily ignored and replaced.  This is because I have trained myself to jump when there are outer demands.  I let the emotions and my thoughts bully my true feelings.  It means I have put too much focus and priority on outer motivation and things.

As a soul I need Drive in my life, but when I allow my energy to get out of balance I confuse drive with “forcing” or “pressure.”  I may even wait to be told what to do.  By doing this, I lower my inner standards and create excuses. This is a lazy path, and I take it when I am afraid or doubt the solutions, energy and leadership I have inside.

There is no “free lunch.”  That is a Spiritual truth.  This does not however mean that my needs and wants are difficult to achieve.  It simply means that I must be willing to put forth energy so that I may receive energy.  This is natural when I’m being me and enjoying life.  It is innate.  As a matter of fact, I claim the challenge. I want opportunity. The Real Me is decisive, bold and spirited; taking action and being fully committed, like a deep flowing river.  It is enjoying and balancing my two worlds.  As long as I am crystal clear in what I can take with me, I can enjoy and be involved in anything I feel I need or want.  When I consistently do this I understand what it means to move by desire; I freely accomplish the fulfillment of my goals.

I lead with my heart. It shows the way. I organize with my head, so I don’t go astray. I follow-through with action.  That is the accomplishment and fulfillment that feels like play.  This is the simplicity and power of what I am – Feel, Think, Act.

Fulfilling my true inner urge is effortless.  I do not have to force things.  My energy has force, but I am not about forcing myself, people or things.  I have drive, but it is not about being a slave driver.  I have true concern, but it does not mean that I pity or cater to myself, people or things.  I am gentle, but it does not mean that I waste time.  Every moment I am drawn toward what I need to be doing.  It is not harsh or difficult.  That is part of what distinguishes it from an outer urge.  It comes from my core.

The heart wants what the heart wants.  I remind myself that “I have no limitations” and that “everything is going to be alright.”  I move forward and I work from this pivot. There is nothing that can or will stop me.  I am free to experience and feel. Setting my own goals based on what I truly feel I need is first. Giving myself plenty of time to accomplish is second.  Discerning the places I need to be is third. Knowing the reason and feeling the success as I progress is fourth. The rest is just follow-through.

 That is IMPEL – The Way of the Wayshower.

RELEASE THE NEW YOU

For some, “Release” is another one of those words that conjures up a negative response internally… an emotion of ‘missing it’, ‘letting go’, ‘not having’, ‘it’s not fair’, a form of fear… of someone or something that is natural or added to the state of life one is used to, will not be there any more.

Definitely, ‘release’ requires courage to change, sometimes it is a forced change, to allow the universe to re-fill what we assume is the space that is now there because we’ve emptied or cleared it.

To understand how your template for ‘release’ affects you,

Close your eyes…

Look back to the freeing of a hurt animal or bird you had in your care…

Look back to the first day your child went to school…

Remember how you felt when you sold your first home…

Remember back to when you buried a close family member…

Recall how you felt when you separated from your first true love…

Recall how you felt when you had some treasure stolen from you…

If you have not experienced any of these life milestones, imagine one or recall how your parents worked their way through loss and grief in their lives… this is your template – it can however be re-programmed.

Jot down those emotions, thoughts and excuses that have been stimulated. We will work with them below. Now take a deep breath in through the nose and out the mouth and one more… and one more.

There are many idioms that describe that emptiness or loss and or desire of not having a particular need, want or person in your life. Support programs take people through grief counselling; the Medical association issues medication; Friends and Family re-act differently, often tip-toeing around you or more often staying away, but surprisingly there are a few that just hug you and let you be in your grief… there is help around you to help you through and over this ‘release’ or ‘loss’.

The new age movement has at it’s disposal all sorts of techniques to manifest your future self into being. There is not  however, a primary understanding that to receive or change, one needs to give… and many grapple at why those techniques of manifestation do not work for them. The hankering after a desire is not the key… the daily affirmation is not the key… the visualization boards is not the key… These are only steps in the procedure of acquiring a goal, changing a state of being, creating a new you. It is not the beginning step.

Release is the key.

Now to understand the positive side of ‘Release’ in your template,

Close your eyes….

Recall what if feels like to experience or witness the birth of new life…

Recall what if feels like after you have cleaned out all your cupboards…

Look back to what it feels like to move into a brand new home or drive a brand new car…

Look back to what it feels like to be at your own or your child’s graduation…

Remember what it feels like to be addiction free… (drugs, alcohol, gambling, smoking, credit cards, food, sugar, sex, things, people etc.)

Remember what it feels like to swim naked…

All of the above events are the ‘joy’ of being unencumbered with ‘hanging onto the past’ you, your concepts or others. They are a result of letting go and releasing so you can accept or be. The struggle that is sometimes associated with acquiring these milestones are also the depth of your template surrounding the word ‘Release’.

Jot down those emotions, thoughts and excuses that were stimulated with the positive side of ‘release’. We will work with them below. Now take a deep breath in through the nose and out the mouth and one more… and one more.

The ‘struggle’ symptoms that are often associated with acquiring new goals and events are also part of your old template, part of your old conditioning that you have underlying your ability to receive all.

What would it be like for you to be able to receive without all of the baggage and past conditioning which makes up the struggle or even total denial of receiving your desires? The emotions, thoughts and excuses are the beginning…. they are what is stopping you. This is what you need to ‘release’. By giving up these, you make room for miracles to happen. This is true giving to receive… You are giving yourself space. You are creating a new you. You are re-programming what you want, not what your past template, that does not work, wants.

Homework time:

Take that list of emotions, thoughts and excuses.

Read them all out aloud.

Feel what that is.

Now read out the first statement.

Ask yourself…

What is the worst thing that could happen if I didn’t think this way?

Is there another way of thinking about this?

What would I gain if I didn’t think this way?

Whom is actually gaining out of this way of thinking?

Could I give myself permission to change this way of thinking?

What would I like to think about this instead?

Write down your new way of thinking…..

Do all the emotions, thoughts and excuses… one at a time so you create a list of your new way of thinking. This new way of thinking is now your daily affirmations. Read it daily.

To change a habit, it takes 15days.

To change a lifetime it takes 30days.

There will be obvious signs in your environment that change is happening.

Your desires will manifest as the Universe Always Says YES!

Theme of the Month – November, 2011

How far can I go?  How much success am I willing to claim?  Do I really accept people for who and what they are?  Do I accept myself 100%?  My ability to learn and grow is directly connected to my willingness to let go of habits and concepts that no longer work for me.  All I need is to truly do the best that I know how and patiently fulfill my goals.

Recognizing success is a large part of unfolding soul consciousness.  The fact that I am here is a great success.  There are many who have not organized themselves to be where I am and experience what I have.  Just breathing and keeping my physical body together means that I am successful.  This does not mean that I am better. I will never be better, just as I will never be lesser.  There are no greater or lesser souls-only different states of consciousness.  It simply means that I have organized myself.  I have everything I need to be successful.  I am as successful as I want to be and I can be very proud of who I am and what I have accomplished through all of my experiences.

Once I accept that I am energy, I can start relaxing inside. When I embrace my opportunity here to learn and grow, I will be free. What robs me of that abundant freedom is competition.  A little positive competition gives me the incentive to achieve what I want.  This comes from inside.  Too much competition will take away from what I want, before I even achieve it.  This comes from outside.  When the outer world becomes more important than the Real Me, I am caught in competition.  I am controlled and easily used.  The solution is acceptance: accepting who I am and what I have is powerful.  The solution is minding my own business. I am in the business of me, and I best fulfill that when I am being of super service.

When I work with my full potential, I accept my inner power and accept “the god within.”  This is living life.  The real challenge comes when I stop moving at my inner pace and stop claiming my own Clear Direction.  I may have been told that having my own direction is dangerous.  I may have been told that I will fail or “lose.”  I may have been fed many things that can create fear or resistance.  If I accept the fears of others I could become posessive of my opportunities or blow my timing for new opportunities.  I will resist the flow of my own energy and that of the universe.  It is my opportunity to forge new experiences and cover new ground for myself.  That is an important part of why I am here.  How will I mature as a soul if I am not fully involved in my purpose?  How will my accomplishments and people mature if I am not fully involved in my purpose?  I won’t, and they won’t, until I take action, learn from the experience and then Follow-Through.

Everything starts with a True Feeling.  This is very different than an emotion.  By allowing myself to organize what I feel for success, I accomplish the fulfillment.  It is simply giving myself permission.  I give myself permission to be Happy.  I give myself permission to be Successful.  I give myself permission to be Abundant.  It all happens by making that decision.  It happens when I allow it to happen.  Every time I breathe in, I am accepting abundance.  Every time I breathe out I am sharing abundance.  Breathe in, breathe out.  In, out.  Accept and release.  Fulfill and accomplish.  Breathe in, breathe out.

I am free.  There is no need to explain or complicate that statement.  I am free.  I am so free that sometimes I can involve myself with blocks.  That is ok.  They can give me stability while I am maturing.  But I am ready to move beyond.  I am willing to let go.  My desire for deeper and greater success is stronger than worry, fear or guilt.  To fully claim my true needs and wants, I will Release the blocks.  I let go of concepts that no longer work for me.  Release does not mean I lose things or people.  It means I give freedom to myself and everything I am involved in.  Release is letting go of excuses and embracing the Real Me.
